Shipping Policy

At Click Craft Create, we ship worldwide using a range of trusted delivery partners. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order size, weight and destination.

All orders are sent using fully tracked services to provide complete peace of mind and allow customers to monitor their delivery from dispatch to arrival.

UK Deliveries

We use the following delivery services depending on the size, weight and destination of your order:

• Royal Mail – Used for large letters and smaller parcels within mainland UK.
• Parcelforce Tracked 48 – Used for some larger parcels, Scottish Highlands, UK islands and certain Northern Ireland deliveries.
• DPD Next Day – Fully tracked with live delivery updates and options to manage your delivery through the DPD app.
• DHL Tracked Services – Used for selected UK shipments and larger consignments.

International Deliveries

Most international orders are dispatched via Royal Mail International Tracked services and are then handled by your local postal provider once they arrive in your country. We only use tracked or signed-for services for international deliveries.

Larger international shipments are sent using DHL Express, providing full tracking, delivery updates and faster transit times.

Please note that any customs duties, import taxes or local charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Dispatch Times

Items that are in stock and ordered before 2pm (Monday to Friday) are typically packed and dispatched the same working day.

Many of our handmade silicone moulds are made to order, which may occasionally result in a slightly longer dispatch time. Any estimated dispatch times are clearly shown on individual product listings.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number along with details of the courier used and a direct link to track your parcel.

Alternative Shipping Requests

If you require a specific delivery service, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that we only use fully tracked delivery services to ensure the safe arrival of your purchases.
